What we do

WWILLIAM.COM is primarily in the business of providing pc and networking support for individuals and small businesses in the Eastern Massachusetts area. We are focused on offering solutions that make good business sense for our customers, and believe that we offer superior service as evidenced by our many satisfied clients.

Whether it is simply advice that you are seeking, a broken piece of hardware, a program that doesn't work correctly, or an entire system that you want installed or brought up to date; give us a call. We don't charge for an initial consultation while we are working out the details of a plan to solve your problem or to add value to your business.

Some examples of our satisfied customers:

	A radiologist who is able to securely view CAT scans via the Internet on his home computer.
	Thirty-Five computers that were purchased, installed and connected in less than a week to a business LAN for shared access to the Internet.
	A taxi service owner who allows his drivers to access selected portions of his home computer via the Internet to view personal messages and their schedules.
	A Church whose receptionist is able to manage the Minister's schedule via a Palm Pilot synchronized over the the Office LAN to her computer.
	A new LAN for a law office. We installed hardware and moved client data from individual computers to one location on a server computer. Client files are now backed up to tape every night and removed off site. Data is also simultaneously written to two hard drives. In case of a drive failure, operation continues, and the drive is replaced that night with no downtime for the firm.
	An accountant who installed a larger hard drive for himself and found that his computer was unable to use it. We ordered a part from the computer manufacturer that same afternoon, saving him the cost of a new system.
